Our caregivers hold certificates:
Certified Nursing Assistant, First Aid/CPR, Mental Health and Dementia, Nurse Delegation, Food Worker Card.
Medication Management
We provide medication management and assistance in accordance with Washington State regulations following and administering medications by physician's order, documenting. Nurse delegated every 90 days.
Activities
Easy access to our quiet neighborhood for walks, WC accessible covered deck with heater, gardening, live music performance, board games/puzzles, arts and crafts, TV and more. We love to celebrate birthdays and national holidays.
Personal Care
Bathing, oral care, grooming (including hair & nail care), dressing, incontinence & toileting assist, mobility/transfers, feeding.
Medical Services
We can arrange in-home medical services for our residents: visiting Primary Care Doctor, RN, Dentist, Foot Care Specialist, Physical and Occupational Therapist, Lab, Radiology, Immunizations. We also schedule Urgent Care visits at home as needed.
Level of Care
We accept residents with different level of care needs: Short-Term Recovery Stay, Long-Term Care, Parkinson's, Stroke, Hospice and End-of-Life comfort care.
Specialized Care
Our facility has been licensed to provide care for residents with Dementia, Alzheimer's, Mental Disorders, Memory Loss and other cognitive needs.
Meals
We provide three nutritious meals made from scratch per day, along with snacks and beverages. Our goal is to make food that each resident enjoys as well as to meet their dietary needs (including low sodium, vegetarian, vegan, diabetic).
Housekeeping
House cleaning, daily laundry or as needed, maintaining a clutter free and safe environment for everyone to enjoy.
